Six companies come under the umbrella of Lal Group naming H.B Lal & Co., H & B Fasterners, Maxgrip Technologies, Victory Hardware, Altech Prime Engineering, English Premier Fasterners.
1n 1930's Mr. Haji Lal Din Established a small company names H.B. Lal & Co. with the aim to provide quality fasterners and fixing system to the customers at competitive prices. The head office was it Brandreth Road (now called Nishtar Road). Main products were of local origin and later imports from different Asian Countries filled the bucket of merchandises.
